All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bubble Lights & Bubble Light Products: All bubble lights, bubble light night lights, and bubble light string sets (for safety and hygiene reasons)
  • Opened Electrical Items: Any electrical decorations where packaging has been opened or seals broken
  • Seasonal Items: Products purchased during final clearance sales (clearly marked)

The Return & Exchange Process

1 Contact Our Customer Service

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.

2 Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

3 Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to our address:

4 Processing Your Request

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process within 3-5 business days. We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Credit Card/PayPal Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear in your account after processing
  • Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchange Shipping: For approved exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item using our standard shipping methods

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other regions):

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
